Product Description
Wald bicycle racks offer a simple rear rack design for easy use. Lightweight yet sturdy construction with simple mounting points located at eyelets near the rear axle and the brake mount. The 215 works perfectly with our innovative 582 rear folding basket.

3 out of 5 stars rear bike rack   September 6, 2010
Crusinfool
OK for the price. I wouldn't trust it with a big load, but fine to hold a jacket, lunch box, gym bag, etc. The foreward bracket is very soft steel and will distort under med-heavy weight. Will require some CAREFUL bending to fit over wide, cruiser type fenders.

4 out of 5 stars Nice, sturdy rack   August 15, 2010

Nice rack, sturdy. It was easy to mount. One of the nuts and bolts provided must have gotten lost, so I had to find a similar one which delayed me from putting it on the bike a little. I wish they would include an extra one. Overall, very happy with the rack.

4 out of 5 stars well made rack.   July 24, 2010
To the max (Grandville, Michigan, US)
This quality rack took a little time to put on a 90s mountain bike. after a half hour or so I figured how I was going to attach it. The rack was build so you could put it on 2 ways. The way that worked for me was to use the raised end in the back of the bike. First disconnect the centerpull brake wire then reconnect it through the steel mesh of the rack. This way it is straight and strong. This worked for me perfectly !!!

5 out of 5 stars Good solid rack   June 28, 2010

This rack is good and solid once mounted. It does not sway side to side and supports a lot of weight. But don't expect to mount it in 10 minutes. It may require some modification, as was the case in my situation. I had to drill new holes slightly higher than the ones provided, and had to bend the front mounting tab a little to get it to affix to the center pull brake bolt. I also had to grind the tab at the end of the right vertical support to get it to fit my old 27" Fuji road bike. It took me about 45 minutes to install, and I have plenty of tools. All in all, though, a great rack for the money.

3 out of 5 stars Sturdy but doesnt fit all bikes   June 2, 2010

The material is sturdy and good but unfortunately it wont fit on my 26" cruiser bike which has fenders (mudguards).
