5 out of 5 stars Greta stand   July 8, 2010

This stand is very well made without weighing a ton. Assembly is easy. To fit 6 bikes of the same size you'll need to alternate front in - back in. Otherwise handle bars are in the way of each other. Also alternate side that has brake rotor or it will be in the way of the other tire. No sweat once you get everyone cooperating with the system. I also throw this in my truck to transport multiple bikes. Keeps from laying them on top of one another getting scratched and damaged.

5 out of 5 stars Well built product!   June 14, 2010

Easy to set up, well constructed. It is very stable and holds three bikes to each side. We have it in our living room to hold our road bikes securely. It looks nice and works even better. I would highly recommend this product.

5 out of 5 stars Great for storing free-standing bikes, not so much for security   May 12, 2010

Overall, this is a fairly cheaply made product. This does not, however, mean that it is a poor product. You bolt it together with a wrench and some Allen keys. This also makes it very lightweight. While you may have trouble fitting the fully advertised 6 bikes in the rack, you could easily do 2 comfortably on each side. The design allows you to very easily roll a 700C wheel into the slots and leave it free standing without any concern for the bike tipping over. Because anyone with a hex key and a wrench can effectively dismantle your bike stand, this does not make for a very secure solution. Although it is probably better than bolting your bike to nothing. Even if you couldn't dismantle it so easily, the tubes are so thin and light, that a thief could more easily cut the rack than your U lock.
For me, it is an ideal solution to storing bikes in my garage. With this rack, I don't need to fuss around with pulling bikes down from a wench on the ceiling, it's just roll out and go.

4 out of 5 stars Pretty good   May 12, 2010

Seems to work ok and it's pretty strudy. Supplied bolts are too long, I am going to cut them so they don't protrude so much. Someone can step on them and get hurt. Also there is nothing to lock down the tubes together except the bolts torque. Cutouts of some sort would make it rock solid. Fits three bikes on each side, but the adjacent bikes should be placed in opposite directions so the handle bars do not interfere.

4 out of 5 stars Sturdy and works well   December 2, 2009

This product works well. Easy installation and the material seems sturdy. It will handle six bikes but one has to use both sides three bikes on each side. I am pleased with this purchase.
