Assembly is relatively quick and easy, but the instructions could be better written. Would definitely purchase this product again.

I spent so much time researching hitch mount bike racks on different sites and I should have just trusted the amazon reviews on this one. This hitch has been everything I was looking for. Where to start?
1) Lightweight for easy install and un-install to your hitch.
2) Solid parts made from sturdy materials
3) Super fast/easy to install your bikes, takes no longer than 2 min to install both bikes safely and securely.
4) No rattle at Interstate speeds
5) Simple/fast instructions for assembly
6) Great design with the upward angle to avoid scraping when going down steep driveways. (some other models did not have that when I was doing research, this model does)
The only thing I had issues with was the initial install of the rack. This could have been the size of the rack itself or my hitch but I had to file away the edges for it to fit inside my hitch properly. That took me about an hour of sanding and filing away to finally make it fit. After that it's been nothing but perfect though. Highly recommended if you're looking for an easy hitch mount rack solution.

This is a replacement for the same rack that was wrecked when someone hit me from the rear. It is perfect for my heavy electric hybrid bike. Gladly, the bike wasn't on it during the accident. The good person who hit me paid for a new one. So I bought the same one again. Salvaged a few spare parts from the wreckage. Happy.

The rack is decent. If I had a 1-1/4 receiver I might be thrilled, but the plastic adapter they provide for 2" hitches is a joke. Be prepared to try an find a suitable steel adapter for $20-$40 elsewhere if you use this rack because the provided plastic adapter is worthless. My rack sagged and drooped in the hitch before I even put the bikes on. I felt it necessary to use a ratchet strap attached to my pickup to support the weight of the rack and the bikes.

Great rack. Has almost everything you could want for half the price you expect. Well designed and easy to use. One issue: the main rack is held on with two bolts. So stealing your bikes only takes a wrench. I welded the rack to the mount tube and now I just have to lock the hitch to the rack. Nice design overall!!
